Welcome to Shadin Avionics and the Shadin Avionics website (the “Site”). These terms of use (“Site Terms”) impose conditions on your access to this Site, and any use you make of it, so please read them carefully. They do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Shadin Avionics for other products or services.

Shadin Avionics grants you a limited license to make personal use only of the Site. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, excluding the conflict or choice of law provisions. You agree that venue and jurisdiction of all claims or disputes of any kind will lie in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
