Sales Administrative Assistant

As we grow and build our product portfolio, we are seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn Sales Administrative Assistant that is interested in a position where they will develop new skills and knowledge every day. This position is responsible for assisting the Leadership and Business Development team with administrative and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day tactical requests from internal teams and key stakeholders to support a variety of projects and programs.
  • Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process (account and database research, proposal requests, orders, revisions, post-buy analysis, account management, presentations, etc.)
  • Serve as contact point for customers to assist with business related issues including product questions and sales activity.
  • Manage ERP system activity for Sales and Repair Departments. This includes order entry, managing customers and interface with Manufacturing, Finance and Shipping departments.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Effectively manage the details of confidential and critical projects to the company
  • Organize trade shows, travel and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Two to four years’ experience.
  • Strong computer and Internet competence with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment where priorities can quickly change.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a team with other departments to collectively meet the organizations and customer’s needs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

This is an in-facility role.
