Position Overview:

Shadin is seeking hands on, energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative/Production Coordinator to work in a challenging FAA regulated industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to work independently as well as with a talented team, and help us continue on a path of positive growth.


  • Enter and edit various data for Sales and Repair Departments in the ERP system.
  • Serve as contact point for customers to assist with business related issues including product questions and sales activity.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Finance and Shipping departments.
  • Assist process owners in the writing of SOP's for various key activities in sales, repair and product development
  • Manage the day-to-day tactical requests from internal teams and key stakeholders to support a variety of projects and programs.
  • Assist the sales team (account and database research, proposal requests, orders, revisions, post-buy analysis, account management, presentations, etc.)


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (order entry/management, product management, project management)
  • Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred;
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred;
  • Strong computer and Internet competence with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment where priorities can quickly change;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a team with other departments to collectively meet the organizations and customer's needs;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
